Newborns require breastfeeding in the night as well, at around every 3 or 4 hours. New moms find it much difficult to get a good night’s sleep because of the night sleeping sessions. However, you can easily avoid sleepless nights without compromising with the nutrition of your baby.
Don’t think of giving up your sleep. As a new mom, your body also requires adequate rest. And without the necessary rest, you can harm yourself. It wouldn’t be good for your baby because, in the early days, it requires as much time with the mom as possible.
